An Irish Christmas Cooking Class

Step into my St. Paul (Mac/Groveland) kitchen for a festive evening of Irish holiday favorites! To set the mood, we'll start with a little dram of Irish Whiskey, my favorite. 

In Ireland, Christmas dinner often means turkey AND ham—but since most of us are over turkey by December, we’ll give a holiday ham the Irish treatment. This humble cut becomes something so extraordinary that even “non-ham” people can’t resist. And as for Sausage Rolls… need I say more?

This class is part hands-on, mostly demonstration—plenty of chances to stir, sample, and sip as we cook together.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES

To receive a refund (less a 20% cancellation fee), you must cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled class. No refunds will be issued past 14 days or due to illness or missed classes.

SheCooks.Design reserves the right to cancel a class due to a lack of participants, for a full refund to you, of course.
