Homemade Pasta Class
Join me in my kitchen to learn to make fresh pasta. In this hands-on pasta-making class, you will learn basic dough techniques, kneading, cutting pasta, and ravioli making. Sample your fresh pasta creation paired with perfect sauces. Keep your shoes on because dessert will knock your socks off!
The price for this class is $99 per person
What's on the menu:
- Homemade Egg Pasta
- Fettuccine with a Butternut Squash Sauce and Crispy Prosciutto
- Chocolate Ravioli with Hazelnut Sauce
Shelagh will walk you through knife skills, grocery shopping, meal prep, and shopping for seasonality. My classes always include tips, tricks, and ways to substitute ingredients!

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES
Cancellations must be made 14 days before your scheduled class to receive a refund (less a 20% cancellation fee). No refunds will be issued past 14 days or due to illness or missed classes.
SheCooks.Design reserves the right to cancel a class due to a lack of participants.

All students (adult and youngin's) MUST be vaccinated and boosted against Covid-19. No exceptions.

SheCooks.Design classes are small and all students are required to be vaccinated. For evening classes, feel free to bring your own wine. Classes are always fun and informative, and you leave with a full belly.
