An Irish Christmas Cooking Class

Step into my St. Paul (Mac/Groveland) kitchen for a festive evening of Irish holiday favorites! To set the mood, we'll start with a little dram of Irish Whiskey, my favorite. 

In Ireland, Christmas dinner often means turkey—but since most of us are over turkey by December, we’ll give a holiday ham the Irish treatment. This humble cut is transformed into something so extraordinary that even “non-ham” people can’t resist. And as for Sausage Rolls… need I to say more?

This class is part hands-on, part demonstration—plenty of chances to stir, sample, and sip as we cook together.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES

Cancellations must be made 14 days before your scheduled class to receive a refund (less a 20% cancellation fee). No refunds will be issued past 14 days or due to illness or missed classes.

SheCooks.Design reserves the right to cancel a class due to a lack of participants, for a full refund to you, of course.
